How it all came to be. ..
Our Story
Shannon (from the US) and Marco (from Italy) met in Miami and fell in love. They grew their family to a team of 6, and after 17 years, decided to chase their dreams in their favorite place on earth, Tuscany. They bought a farm complete with 750 olive trees and a vineyard, and went to work! That's where the fun begins...
Our Olive Oil
Our extra virgin olive oil is sustainably produced and cold pressed in small batches. The olives are all hand picked by us to maintain the highest quality that our customers have come to expect. We press all of our olives at our local frantoio to keep our carbon footprint minimal, and take great care to maintain freshness and preserve the art of olive oil making that has been passed down on our farm for over 250 years. We have 5 types of olive trees on the farm which lends to the unique and robust flavor of our oil. Each order is bottled upon receiving an order to maintain freshness, and hand stamped with our signature wax seal.
Minimum order of 3 bottles for shipping ( you may mix oil, wine, and cheese)
Our Wines
We offer a variety of new and aged locally grown wines from our cantina. All of our wines are grown in the Chianti region of Tuscany, and have been aged to perfection for generations. We also have several vintages not listed on our site. If you are interested, feel free to contact us for details.

FAQS
Be certain to wear comfortable walking shoes that you don't mind getting a bit dirty. We also recommend that you dress in layers depending on the weather and temperature.
We have around 750 olive trees on the property, with 5 different varities of olive trees. Our entire farm is organic and we hand-pick and cold-press all of our olives to ensure optimum flavor and to hold true to the traditions taught to us by the previous owners. We press our olives at our local frantoio to maintain minimal travel and support our local community. Everything pertaining to our olives is literally 'Farm to Table'.
Tuscany is a magical place and with a few tips, you will undoubtedly have an amazing trip while visiting.
One thing to remember is that the temperature can change significantly from day to evening and from one town to the next depending on wind. That being said, pack layers!
Also, remember to bring your comfy shoes. We all want to look stylish, but when it comes to footwear, comfortable shoes are a must while exploring on the cobblestone streets. Tuscany tends to also be a bit dusty with dirt and gravel roads on the summer, so closed-toed shoes are best.
