We will start the day with a tour of our 17th century villa that was once the town's olive press and you will see our daily operations of the current olive oil and wine operation. Next, we will take a walk around the grounds where you will learn a bit about the process of making extra virgin olive oil and wine and get to see the breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills. After learning about the wine making process, we will enjoy a wine and olive oil tasting on the terrace. We will then move to our newly rennovated Tuscan style kitchen and create an Italian meal of your choice of fresh pasta, gnocchi, or ravioli. You will enjoy a three course meal paired with our Tesoro wines, and each person will receive a take home gift to remember your day on the farm.
