Our organic extra virgin olive oil is cold pressed in small batches and all hand picked by us on our property as to maintain the highest of quality that our customers have come to expect. We press our olives at our local frantoio, so our carbon footprint is minimal, and take great care to maintain freshness and preserve the art of olive oil making that has been passed down on our farm for over 250 years. Our extra virgin olive oil has an acidity level of 0.1% and you will always see a harvest date listed on our label.
Minimum order of 3 bottles for delivery. (you may mix wine, oil, and cheese)
