Pecorino Cheese with Truffles

This decadent cheese is made with the slightly aged pecorino as a base and truffles added to make it a truly special finished product. This cheese is a favorite here on the farm. It is delicious served with wine or with fresh fruit and crackers to let the flavor of the truffle shine through.
