You have the option to enjoy our wine and olive oil tasting prior to the start of your cooking class. We will begin with a tour of our 17th century villa that was once the town's olive press, where you will learn a bit about our wine and olive oil operation. After the tour, you will enjoy three of our Tesoro wine selections along with local pecorino cheeses, sausages, locally cured proscuitto, olives, bruschetta, etc all on the terrace with the breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills. Then, we will move into our Tuscan style kitchen and you will prepare your choice of fresh pasta, gnocchi, or ravioli. We will enjoy the meal completed by a homemade dessert.
